Rewards FAQ

Everything you need to know about earning, keeping and redeeming your dn999 Loyalty Points.

21+

Participation in the dn999 Rewards programme and all associated bonuses is strictly limited to players aged 21 years and above, in accordance with international gaming licensing standards.

dn999 Loyalty Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any points older than 12 months without account activity are removed. Maintaining at least one qualifying wager per quarter keeps your full points balance active.

No. Only wagers placed with real PKR deposits contribute to Loyalty Point accumulation. Bets funded by bonus credit, free spin winnings or cashback bonuses do not generate points. This ensures the programme rewards genuine deposits and play.

Tier status is reviewed every three months based on your rolling 90-day points total. If your balance falls below the minimum threshold for your current tier, your status adjusts at the next quarterly review. You will always receive an email notification before any tier change takes effect.

Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday at midnight and credited by Tuesday morning. Bronze and Silver members receive cashback as bonus credit with a 5x wagering requirement. Gold and Platinum members receive cashback as real withdrawable PKR — no wagering conditions apply.

Yes — the minimum redemption threshold is 500 Loyalty Points, which converts to Rs 50 in bonus credit at Bronze tier. Higher tiers enjoy better conversion rates: Silver converts at Rs 75 per 500 points, Gold at Rs 100 per 500 points, and Platinum at Rs 150 per 500 points.

Demo-mode games, free-play games and any activity funded entirely by bonus credit do not generate Loyalty Points. All real-money wagers on sports betting, slots, live casino and specialty games contribute at the rates shown in the Points Earning table above.
