This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and dn999 governing your access to and use of the dn999 platform, including all gaming, betting, wallet and promotional services available at dn999.lat. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one active dn999 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on dn999 and will result in permanent account closure.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between dn999 (referred to herein as "dn999", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the dn999 platform available at dn999.lat and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces thereof.
By creating an account on dn999, by clicking any "I Agree", "Register" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by simply continuing to use the dn999 platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with dn999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding terms between you and dn999.

Access to and use of the dn999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
dn999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting additional documentation and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Provision of false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain one Account on the dn999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or alias accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where dn999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all secondary accounts will be closed, any balances therein forfeited, and the primary account may be suspended pending investigation.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for notifying dn999 promptly of any changes.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal from your dn999 Account, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a clear photographic copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and reverse — along with a recent selfie photograph holding your CNIC. dn999 may additionally request proof of address or source of funds documentation in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dn999 Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you. dn999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where such access was enabled by the Account holder's failure to maintain credential security.
dn999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and dn999 reserves the right to add, modify or remove supported payment channels at any time.
dn999 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML verification on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. During such review periods, the relevant funds may be temporarily held. dn999 will communicate the expected resolution timeline to the affected Account holder via their registered contact details.
dn999 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and dn999 Circle loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all dn999 promotions:
dn999 Circle loyalty rewards — including tier-based cashback and point redemptions — are governed by the separate dn999 Circle Programme Terms, which are available on the Circle page of the dn999 Platform.
All sports betting markets available on dn999, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, UFC and other sports, are governed by dn999's Sportsbook Rules, which form a supplementary part of this Agreement. The following general rules apply:
All casino games available on dn999 — including live dealer tables, RNG slots and game show titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) or physical dealing equipment in certified live studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available within each game's information panel.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dn999 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
Where dn999 has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above activities, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, conduct a full investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, terminate the Account and forfeit all balances therein. dn999 may also report suspected money laundering or fraud to relevant authorities.
All content on the dn999 Platform — including but not limited to the dn999 brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphic design, text, data compilations, odds calculations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dn999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
dn999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dn999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use any dn999 content outside the scope of normal Platform use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dn999's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dn999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any harm resulting from:
dn999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses. The dn999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
dn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
Where an Account is terminated due to a User breach, dn999 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account. Where termination is at dn999's discretion and without User fault, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any applicable AML review.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting dn999 support via the in-platform live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with normal procedures prior to closure.
dn999 collects, processes and stores User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at dn999.lat/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
dn999 will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties except as necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processors and KYC verification providers), as required by law or regulatory authority, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

dn999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via their registered email address and/or via a notification displayed within the dn999 Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the dn999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the dn999 Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed in the Hero section of this page and in the document header above. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dn999 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between a User and dn999 arising from these Terms or the User's use of the dn999 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through dn999's internal dispute resolution process. Users may submit a formal complaint via the in-platform support channel. dn999 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal mechanisms, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by dn999's international gaming licence authority. Users retain their rights under applicable consumer protection law at all times.
